HI, I'M KAIA

I started this podcast when I was 16 years old, because I fell in love with storytelling and entrepreneurship. At that point, I’d been listening to startup and business podcasts for years (which sounds like an exaggeration, but I really have just always been a business nerd through and through). And there was one thing in particular I grew to love about these stories over the years- the early days. The days where nothing was promised, where there was no logical reason to believe and keep going, the days where there was no money, no more customers, where everything had gone wrong. And despite all the odds, they kept fighting and managed to pull through.

Those were the stories I freaking LOVED. The strategy, the unconventional tactics, the rush. Even the much earlier stories- stories from their childhood that actually shaped the companies they built 20, 30 years later. But these were also the stories that I found were always rushed past. At the same time, I started to fall particularly in love with storytelling and brand building. It was at that point that I started to become completely fascinated with how these founders and entrepreneurs made themselves (and their companies) SEEN.

And you can probably see what happened next… The Seen was born.

Creating and hosting this podcast has been, and continues to be, one of my favourite things to do. It is such an honour for me to be able to tell the stories I always wanted to hear, and be able to share them with others just like me.
